What JIVLI does, what it does not do, and what you can expect from it.
Draft — pending legal review. Sections marked as needing details require the final company, jurisdiction and liability wording before publication.
These terms cover your use of JIVLI. The organisation providing JIVLI is [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details]. Governing law and jurisdiction are [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details].
JIVLI helps you understand and organise your own documents. It reads what you add, highlights what appears to matter, keeps track of dates and obligations, reminds you about them and answers questions about your saved information.
JIVLI uses automated reading and can misread, miss or misinterpret information. It shows what it is confident about and what it is unsure about, and links back to the source document. You should check anything important against the original document.
JIVLI must not be relied on as your only source for important deadlines, payments or decisions.
Reading and summarising a document is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical or other regulated advice. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
JIVLI does not make payments, contact companies, cancel or renew agreements, or take any other action on your behalf. It only informs and reminds you. If action-taking functionality is introduced in a future release, it will be described and enabled explicitly.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the content you upload. Do not upload material you have no right to hold.
Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, to disrupt the service, or to use JIVLI for unlawful purposes.
JIVLI is currently provided without charge to authorised users. Paid plans are not available in this release. Any future paid plan will be presented with its price and terms before purchase.
The service is provided as it is. Features that depend on a connection — adding documents, reading them and using the Assistant — need internet access, and processing may occasionally fail or be delayed.
You can delete your data or close your account at any time from Account. Closing your account removes your information permanently.
Liability limits, warranty disclaimers and the process for changing these terms are [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details] and require legal review before release.
