JIVLI

Privacy Policy

What JIVLI stores, why, and how you can take it back or remove it.

Draft — pending legal review. Sections marked as needing details require the final company and processor information before publication.

Who this policy is about

This policy explains how JIVLI handles your information. The organisation responsible for JIVLI is [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details].

Account information

When you create an account we store your email address, your sign-in identity, your language preference and your plan status. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier and email address Google provides.

Documents you upload

Files you add are stored in private storage. They are readable only by your own account and by the server-side processing that reads them for you. They are never made public, never shared with other users, and never used to advertise to you.

AI document processing

When you add a document, its contents are sent to an AI processing service so it can be read and summarised. The service returns the document type, dates, amounts, obligations and suggested actions that JIVLI saves against your account.

The AI processing provider used by JIVLI is [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details] and must be listed in the processor table below before release.

Information extracted from your documents

Extracted details — document type, tracked things, important dates, obligations, actions, reference identifiers and short summaries — are stored against your account so JIVLI can remind you and answer questions about them.

Reminders

Reminders are generated from dates JIVLI is confident about and stored with your account. Device notifications are only shown if you grant permission in your browser.

Assistant conversations

Your conversations with the JIVLI Assistant are stored privately against your account so you can return to them. Answering a question sends the relevant parts of your saved information to the AI processing service.

Analytics

We record simple product events — such as a document being added or a screen being opened — so we can see whether the product works. These events do not contain document contents, file names, extracted values or conversation text.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the message you write and the category you choose, linked to your account so we can follow up. Your documents and conversations are never attached to feedback.

Data retention

Your information is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting a document removes the file and everything derived from it. Deleting your data or closing your account removes the records described in this policy.

Export

You can download a structured copy of your saved information and document metadata at any time from Account. Original uploaded files are not currently included in the export file.

Deletion and account closure

You can delete all of your personal data while keeping your account, or close your account entirely. Closing your account removes your profile, documents and stored files, extracted information, tracked things, dates, obligations, actions, reminders, timeline entries, insights and conversations. This cannot be undone.

Third-party processors

JIVLI relies on service providers for hosting, database, authentication, file storage and AI processing. The full processor list, with company names and processing locations, is [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details].

Security

Accounts are isolated at the database level, so one account cannot read another account's records or files. Files are held in private storage and reached through short-lived authorised links. Secrets and API keys are held server side and are never sent to your browser.

International users

JIVLI is available in English and Arabic and may be used outside the country where it is operated. The operating location and the legal basis for any international transfer are [TO BE COMPLETED — requires verified company details].

Contact
